Catechists are ordinary people sharing an extraordinary message with a new generation thirsting for God’s love.

It is our great privilege to be able to enter the State schools classrooms and share our Catholic faith with our State School students. For many ofthese students Special Religion Education ( SRE) is the only regular connection they have with our Church and is their primary means of religious instruction. Through their SRE classes these students not only receive religious formation but also a chance to experience the great joy that comes with being part of a faith community. Our catechists make a real difference in the lives of those they teach.
