St Brendan’s Catholic Primary School Annandale, at 30 Collins Street, Annadale, led by Principal Jo Bright, is a one stream systemic school for boys and girls from Kindergarten to Year 6.

The school’s motto is “Veritas” – truth, and the teaching team seek to “Inspire Hearts and Minds, one child at a time.”There is a strong partnership between St Brendan’s Parish and St Brendan’s school.

St Michael’s Catholic Primary School Stanmore

St Michael’s Catholic Primary School Stanmore, led by Principal Allison Travers, is a Kindergarten to Year 6 (K-6) single stream (with a combined Stage 3), co educational primary school in the suburb of Stanmore.

It was founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1912. The school is now linked to the Institute of the Sisters of Mercy, Australia and Papua New Guinea. The traditional charisms of the Sisters of Mercy; compassion, courage, respect and hospitality are evident in the daily life of the school.These values are also linked to the school motto ‘Together’, which places emphasis on the importance of a welcoming and cohesive community.

The relationship between the school and the parish of St Michael’s is very important, with strong links through involvement in sacramental programs and family masses. School masses are open to members of the parish and provide the opportunity to link the school and parish community through faith celebration.
